In the third issue, we published an interview with Noam Chomsky, one of the world's foremost living philosophers and linguists. This issue features an interview with Judith Butler, among the most important living figures in contemporary academia — a philosopher and activist. The conversation ranges from contemporary power relations to the ongoing genocide in Palestine, from heteronormativity to queer politics, from Orientalist ways of seeing to gender questions in the Global South. Nacer Khémir, one of the world's significant living filmmakers and our interviewee in the previous issue, also contributes an original short story in French written for this number.
Eleven essays/articles, two short stories, four poems, one film review, one book review, two treatises, and one travel piece appear alongside Hapeesee Salae's drawings “İkrâ” and “Mühür” on the final pages.
